This Training is presented by:
Katherine Eastlake, LPC, RPT-S
My name is Katherine. For decades of my life, I walked through the world in a zombie-like state. I over-performed in achievement, but internally was quite shut down and cut off from myself. In this state, I worked in adult residential settings, adolescent wilderness therapy, and child outpatient counseling. My life-changing transformation began when I started to study and apply relational neuroscience. I understood my intense clinical experiences in a new way. After applying nervous system regulation to my work, my physical health shifted, my confidence grew, and I have fallen in love again with being a therapist! I hold a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology, am licensed as a Professional Counselor, registered as a Play Therapist, and certified as a Synergetic Play Therapist-Supervisor.
