Title: Clinical Supervisor
Pronouns: He/him
Who I Work Best With:
If you’re a therapist working with adults, adolescents, or families, and you’ve ever felt the weight of complex trauma or the nuances of supporting clients with ADHD – maybe you even have your own experiences with these – you are not alone.
I specialize in clinical supervision that helps you make sense of the “stuck points” in your clinical work. That may look like navigating a suicidal adult client, supporting teens who are misunderstood, or helping parents who feel lost in how to show up for their child. If you need guidance on supporting neurodivergent clients, processing trauma with those in survival mode, or incorporating family systems into your work, I’m here to help.
Many of the clinicians I supervise are drawn to trauma work and want deeper support around stuck points, especially when a client’s ADHD, OCD, or complex family system adds nuance to treatment. I offer specialized guidance for clinicians looking to strengthen their clinical formulation skills, improve their ethical decision-making, and gain clarity in how to show up authentically for your clients.
I offer individual supervision, group supervision, and clinical consultation to provisionally licensed counselors and licensed clinicians. My style is tailored to where you are—whether you’re just starting out or are an experienced therapist who wants to feel reinvigorated in your work. Let’s collaborate so you can deepen your impact and feel more grounded in your clinical work.
Supervision with me is not about getting it “right”, it’s about growing your clinical voice in a space that’s grounded, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I provide a balance of emotional support and clinical challenge so you can explore countertransference, ethical dilemmas, and tough client dynamics with honesty and curiosity.
I integrate approaches such as Cognitive Processing Therapy, CBT, Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Multisystemic Therapy (MST). I also support clinicians working with neurodivergent (ADHD) clients using affirming, strength-based frameworks. Whether you’re refining your therapeutic identity or navigating complex cases, supervision will be a space where your clinical intuition and skills can grow. We will use our time together to deepen your insight, not restrict your style.

Supervision Training and Experience:
With a diverse background including residential treatment, PHP, IOP, intensive in-home services, schools, and outpatient settings, I bring a wealth of experience to our clinical supervision and consultation sessions. I specialize in a wide variety of clinical presentations, including mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, ADHD, psychotic disorders, substance abuse, and trauma in both adolescent and adult populations. I have worked as a clinical supervisor since 2014, and have a passion for seeing therapists just like you thrive and become more effective in their work.
I continue to be a dedicated clinician and clinical supervisor, and greatly enjoy helping therapists refine their clinical skills. In my own personal practice and my clinical supervision, I have worked with a number of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including multisystemic therapy (MST), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and emotion-focused family therapy (EFFT). This extensive experience enables me to offer you nuanced supervision tailored to your unique clinical needs, and those of your client base.
My supervisory training includes intensive MST supervision training with ongoing weekly consultation with an MST expert consultant. I also have experience in supervising and managing teams of therapists based in schools, training in residential and partial-hospital programs for both adults and adolescents, and most recently supervising outpatient therapists at community clinics. I’ve completed the required 6 hours of training in Colorado to meet the criteria to supervise LPCCs in Colorado, and continue to pursue additional supervision training as I work towards my ACS certification.
