Title: Clinical Supervisor
Pronouns: He/him
Who I Work Best With:
If you are a clinician who works with adolescents, families or adults looking for clinical supervision or consultation, I would be a good fit working with you. I can support you in your professional growth by incorporating new perspectives into your clinical work, and even taking a more holistic approach. If you’ve ever worked with a teen and felt stuck after recognizing that some of the drivers of their symptoms come from their parents’ parenting approach, I can help you navigate that. And if you have worked with anxious parents desperate for guidance on how to support their suicidal child, or need help with a suicidal client on your caseload, I can help you navigate that too.
Maybe you have felt lost because most of your clinical trainings or experience focus on teens or adults, but never both – Let’s bridge that gap together. I would be a good fit for you if you frequently work with adolescents and their families and are seeking more skills, tools, and approaches to your work.
I offer individual supervision, group supervision, and clinical consultation services. My approach is flexible and tailored to your specific needs—no matter whether you’re new to the field or an experienced professional looking for clinical consultation, I adjust my style based on where you are in your professional journey. Together, we will help you feel competent in your role and invigorated by the impactful work you do with your adolescents and adults.
Let’s work together to improve your skills and make a meaningful difference in your clients’ lives.
I believe that supervision is a collaborative process, where both you as a therapist and myself as a clinical supervisor will grow together. In supervision and consultation, I foster an environment where clinicians like you feel supported, challenged, and encouraged. In our supervisory relationship, you can expect a space to openly discuss your clinical experiences and challenges, process ethical dilemmas, and refine your therapeutic techniques.
Familiarity with various theoretical approaches can be important, and I have training in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Multisystemic Therapy, Emotionally Focused Family Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and CBT, among others. I can provide you with in-depth case consultation and clinical support in these areas, as well as aligning who you are as a therapist with your clinical approach.

Supervision Training and Experience:
With a diverse background including residential treatment, PHP, IOP, intensive in-home services, schools, and outpatient settings, I bring a wealth of experience to our clinical supervision and consultation sessions. I specialize in a wide variety of clinical presentations, including mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, ADHD, psychotic disorders, substance abuse, and trauma in both adolescent and adult populations. I have worked as a clinical supervisor since 2014, and have a passion for seeing therapists just like you thrive and become more effective in their work.
I continue to be a dedicated clinician and clinical supervisor, and greatly enjoy helping therapists refine their clinical skills. In my own personal practice and my clinical supervision, I have worked with a number of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including multisystemic therapy (MST), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and emotion-focused family therapy (EFFT). This extensive experience enables me to offer you nuanced supervision tailored to your unique clinical needs, and those of your client base.
My supervisory training includes intensive MST supervision training with ongoing weekly consultation with an MST expert consultant. I also have experience in supervising and managing teams of therapists based in schools, training in residential and partial-hospital programs for both adults and adolescents, and most recently supervising outpatient therapists at community clinics. I’ve completed the required 6 hours of training in Colorado to meet the criteria to supervise LPCCs in Colorado, and continue to pursue additional supervision training as I work towards my ACS certification.
