We offer group supervision for different licenses in Colorado and Washington.
We offer group clinical supervision for counselors and social workers in a few different states. If you are interested in our group supervision options, to either supplement your individual supervision or just attend group supervision, you have the option of joining one of our supervision groups.
Each supervision group contains up to 5 members so that everyone gets a chance to present cases, receive feedback, and discuss common clinical themes. Supervision groups are created based on your specializations/clinical areas of practice and your experience as a therapist.

In group supervision, you will develop a built-in support system with other like-minded therapists. You will also expand your referral network for your clients and yourself.
You’ll work with clinical supervisors who have over 10 years’ clinical experience. You’ll get exposure to different perspectives for your clinical cases, resulting in better clinical outcomes.
Group supervision provides a safe place to be open and vulnerable. You can also explore any transference/counter-transference that is happening while in a secure, supportive setting.

We offer group supervision that counts towards your licensure hours to obtain your LCSW. Every state has different requirements for LCSW group supervision, and in some places, it’s difficult to find an LCSW supervisor.
You will be able to share valuable knowledge and expertise all while meeting your LCSW requirements and continuing to grow in the field. Group supervision offers an invaluable experience while connecting you with other social workers just like you.
Finding an LPC/LMHC clinical supervisor is one of the most challenging and rewarding parts of becoming a professional counselor. However, it can be a tough decision to make. We strive to make this a bit simpler by offering different group formats with different leaders.
